             I am happy to receive your letter.   Perhaps you did not understand that I wanted to deal with one issue at a time.  I will be happy to talk about Lot and his daughters and the other issues you mention.  The reason for wanting one issue at a time is to stay focused.  If we can’t stay focused on one issue, it is easy to scatter a lot of charges or claims around without ever getting to the conclusion of an issue.   Of course, it may be that you don’t want to get to any conclusion.
If that is your intention, then it will not be possible to carry on a meaningful discussion.
            Now, let me deal with your comments about my comments.

            All historical documents fit into the same category.  It is true that Tacitus did not see Jesus, but if you apply the same reasoning to Mohammed, you have not seen him, you only have the words that are claimed to be by Mohammed.   Therefore, you should not believe those words. However, if you want to give credibility to the words of Mohammed you have to give the same to the writers before.    These writers had no vested interest in saying Jesus was crucified. Mohammed did have a vested interest in saying what he said.   If he had admitted the death and resurrection of Jesus, it would have undercut his claims.   You cannot have it both ways, to trust history when it is something you want to do, and distrust it when it goes against your claim.
            There were eye witnesses to the life of Jesus and his miracles that were confirmed by his enemies.   The wonderful thing about the life of Jesus is that He is alive and He loves you.
Mohammed is dead and he know nothing about you.   In Jesus there is forgiveness of sins
and the promise of life in the presence of God forever.

            You are struggling with the idea of God taking on human form.  Your statement affirms the problem that the disciples of Jesus had.  They did not believe in the resurrection either until he showed Himself to them.  “Why are you scared?” is precisely the way they felt, thinking it was a ghost, but the reason for the food and drink was to show that He had truly risen from the dead.  What better way to show them that He was real than to eat with them.   You are right that  God does not need to eat, but the God-man (Jesus) proved to them who He was by eating to show that he was real and his resurrection affirmed his deity.

            Now for the issue about Lot.    You need to understand that the Bible records many things about people that are not approved by God.    There are sins of various people, not only Lot, but Abraham, David, Solomon, among others.
            One of the issues concerns the status of a prophet.   Do you believe Lot was a prophet?
If so, why?   The Bible does not describe him as a prophet.   Regardless, Lot’s sin is mentioned but there is no approval of this on the part of Yahweh.  Neither is the sin of David approved. It was condemned by God.   The sin of Moses was murder.  Even the murder of an enemy is not approved.
            These leaders were sinners as all of us are sinners in need of God’s forgiveness. Only Jesus was without sin and He was so because He was the God-man who did not sin but who died to establish the New Covenant (Mt. 26:26) which was prophesied by Jeremiah 31:31ff.
            There are lots of things described in the Old Testament which are not sanctioned by God.
That’s the reason they needed to have a Redeemer in Jesus the promised Messiah.

            Sam, they did write about Him.  Moses spoke of the Prophet who would come later (Dt. 18:18), Isaiah spoke of Him, (7:14, 9:6; 11:1-16) Jeremiah 31:31, Malachi 3:1-3 and many others.   I could give you an extensive listing of them if you wished.   In the fullness of time God sent forth his Son (Gal.4:4) so that it was God’s timing, not our wishes.
